Glass microbeads used for tire balancing beads represent an innovative tire dynamic balancing technology. The core principle utilizes centrifugal force and particle self-adaptability to replace traditional lead weights.
When the vehicle is in motion, the centrifugal force generated by high-speed tire rotation evenly distributes the glass microbeads against the inner liner of the tread. Once an imbalance point (the “light spot”) exists in the tire, these tiny glass beads instantly and automatically flow to the lighter area, filling the gap in real-time and stabilizing the center of rotation. This dynamic compensation is continuous, adjusting in real-time according to conditions such as tire wear, temperature changes, or mud adhesion.
